By submitting to Dissertia Research Reviews (ISSN 3053-6669), authors acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Originality and Authorship
    The submitted manuscript must represent original, unpublished work that has not been simultaneously submitted elsewhere. The corresponding author confirms that all co-authors have approved the final version and that all individuals who made substantial contributions to the research are properly credited. AI tools or systems may not be listed as authors or co-authors; any use of AI-generated content must be explicitly acknowledged in the Methods or Acknowledgments section.

  2. Copyright and Licensing
    Authors retain the copyright to their published work. Upon acceptance, authors grant Dissertia Research Reviews a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, and distribute the article in all media and formats, including print, digital, and AI-based repositories, while acknowledging the author(s) as the original creators.
    All published materials are released under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits others to share (copy and redistribute) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon) the material for any purpose, including commercial use, provided appropriate credit is given to the original author(s), a link to the license is provided, and any changes made are indicated.

  3. Author Responsibilities and Permissions
    Authors are responsible for ensuring that their work does not infringe upon any existing copyright or intellectual property rights. Prior permission must be obtained for all figures, tables, or other materials reproduced from previously published sources. Authors must also verify compliance with institutional or funder requirements regarding co-authorship, supervisory acknowledgment, or data availability.

  4. Ethical and Legal Compliance
    Research involving human participants, animals, or plants must comply with recognized ethical standards and be approved by the relevant institutional ethics committee. The corresponding author affirms that all necessary permissions and ethical clearances have been secured prior to submission.

  5. Archiving and Dissemination
    Dissertia Research Reviews ensures the long-term preservation and accessibility of all published content through participation in the PKP Preservation Network (PKP|PN) and indexing in major academic databases. Published works may also be embedded in the journal’s AI-powered research database to enhance discoverability and citation.

  6. Corrections and Retractions
    Once published, articles form part of the permanent scholarly record. Articles may only be withdrawn in exceptional cases; such as proven plagiarism, ethical misconduct, or legal infringement. Minor errors that do not affect the overall integrity of the work will be addressed through published corrections, errata, or updated versions, not through removal of the article.

  7. Data and Transparency
    Authors are encouraged to make underlying research data available wherever ethically and legally possible. A Data Availability Statement should be included where applicable. Transparency in data sharing supports reproducibility, accountability, and open research practices.

  8. Agreement
    By submitting to Dissertia Research Reviews (ISSN 3053-6669), authors confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the journal’s ethical and data requirements as clarified in our Privacy Policies and this Copyright Policy. Authors also consent to the processing and display of their publication under open-access and Creative Commons terms, ensuring free and global dissemination of scholarly research.
